Disrespected by DSTV agent

I received a call this morning was sleeping from night shift, 25/06/2025 the coloured lady called to upgrade my package,Nd I couldn't talk, but I told her I don't want any upgrade at moment I can afford ,she continued ...do you understand English,I said no English is not my mother's language,..Nd she am I dump, yhoo am so disappointed and can please cancel ur subscription with me..I feel undermined Nd disrespected.
