Disrespect from a lady with no manners decent approach.

I called multi choice this Morning to find out why my services were no longer active after payment was made on the 26thof November.i Spoke to a lady called Sibongile who was very disrespectful told me i was wasting her time and its only 8 am in the morning . I requested to speak to a surpisor she refused after i persuaded she called a person called Luniel and i quickly picked up from the manner he handled the call he wasnt a supervisor and he didnt deny it he jst put the phone down. they both refused to give me their last name said its not allowed. I am so uphauled at who hired this lady, she is so disrespectful and to think she is a reflection of such a huge company is disgusting. never did she try to apologise and see if she cannot assist me again or not, she has no manners or manner of approach and no proper telephone atiquate and shouldnt be speaking to people at all.
