Disney Plus - ******* practice?

I pay my DSTV account monthly by EFT. I received an SMS last month that I had short paid, so i made the extra payment requested, assuming it was the annual fee increase. Today I went to check on their app. It would appear that I have 'signed up' for Disney Plus, hence owe an additional R119 per month. I did not sign up for it, have not been notified of it, nor do I want it. Upon phoning them, they advised that it has been a free trial for several months, but for the last 2+ months, I am being charged. I have never used it. In my opinion, this is an ******* practice (acceptance by inaction). I have signed up for trials of other streaming services by giving them credit card details, hence I consciously chose to sign up and have the choice of cancelling. Another nail in the coffin of DSTV.
