Disney plus

i was called on the 01st of july by sindisiwe willem and she stated that i can have the Disney channel R49 and that it would be included with my DSTV Premium. I recevied the logon details and i could view the service for about a month. Then on the 01st it disconnected and it asked me to log in again using a credit card details. We do nt have any credit card but your PE call centre told me that is the only way . This is not what was ex[lained to us and we could use the service with no problems .It is only now that we cannot view the service . we spoke to 20 agents in total including a supervisor who is refusing to giive his name .
