Disney + on Dstv

After a few phone calls and promises to call back which never happened. the Dstv service of Disney + dose not work. Profile is correctly loaded on the app. And receive a code to your cell number to enter on the device when you try watch a show you receive an error that subscription not valid. They have escalated this to the IT department but 3 weeks later it is still not resolved.
