Disney+ forced onto me

The Disney+ Monthly plan has been unilaterally activated on my account and my monthly Stop order increased despite 2 e-mails to DStv that I am NOT INTERESTED in Disney+. It is also impossible to contact DStv telephonically due to you being directed to only new products to be added to your accounts. My email was read by them, but totally ignored.
