DISMAY AND SO ANGRY

this company does not even deserve a rating at all cause there service is APPALLING. I cant believe I have been ********** and cheated during day light. I went into the branch to pay for my subscription, my subscription date is on the 1st but I went in on the 17th, I was told to R270 to reactivate my account and pay for the month, I told them that I wont have money on the first and if I can pay extra to go into the following month as I will have money after the 10th, I was told I could and therefor I paid R500. to my disappointment my DSTV has been disconnected, when I call the *** they told me that my subscription is for the 1st and it doesn't matter if I pay more they will disconnect if I don't pay on the first. what utter nonsense is this. I have never in my life been left so frustrated and dismay. having asked them if its possible to change subscription date and told I couldn't. !!!?
