Dismal fail

I am on price lock from December and multichoice is doesn't want to resolve my issue if being over charger, when I request my statements and voice contract they keep saying they've emailed it. Now they put me on ITC without reviewing my contract issue. I can't even get to speak to anyone from "price lock" hance I am not even given the contacts and email. My next step will be to go to Competition Commission.
