Dismal DSTV ******

Been a client of dstv for 20 years plus. always paid per annually. My last payment was June 2022 for the year ahead ending July 2023. Accurately my service was disconnected on 18th July 2023 and due to my financial challenges , I did not make the 2023/24 annual payment. I was then contacted by a debt collection firm to collect R129 owing to which I have no clue what its for. Clearly DSTV is trying their luck by ******ing me here. Handing me over to lawyers for a service I no longer receive is BS and I would like this fixed ASAP. No wonder revenue has dropped significantly over the last 12 months .
