Dismal Customer Service

Dismal customer service and dishonesty. Tried to take up an offer to receive free package upgrade - by paying subscription in advance. Instead received a new additional subscription was added. Spoke to an agent, Odwa, who could not provide me with satisfactory explanation. She told me to cancel subscription rather than pinpoint things when I asked for clarity regarding what she was saying to me. I told her that I found her answer to be arrogant. She ignored me, but asked if I had anything else I needed assistance with. Thing is, I don't even need DSTV for myself anymore!!!
