Disloyalty to the loyal....

I have been a dstv customer for a very long time. Couple months ago I changed my package from premium to compact plus. 539 plus a extra view. Ever since then my bills are changing every month. I am getting frustrated. I want to pay my package and extra view only. I did not agree to show max or anything else...you guys are over charging me. I want someone to call me and sort out and refund me all these charges over the months. This month I paid R728.

Two BoxOffice movies at R25.00 X 2 = R50.00
Showmax at R49.00 per month
PVR functions at R100.00
DStv Compact R529.00
Totaling R728.00. Showmax is free on DStv Premium but you pay R49.00 when you are on DStv Compact and DStv Compact Plus.
