Dishonesty

Dstv is just a **** , I scanned my QR code from my screen it gave me R203 amount to pay, I went to verify the amount by paying at Checker ,the amount was the same as on the QR. Went back home, the dstv still not playing. I scanned the code again , now it gives me a new amount of R367. I call them , their response was I had an outstanding amount. How does one gets to owe dstv as it's a pay for watch not a watch to pay? If there was an outstanding amount why didn't it show on the 1st QR code? I made a decision to move out from dstv , had sometime not using it , something said check your balance, I checked it to find it that less. Only to find it's just a strategy to rob me.
