Dishonest company - forcing me to pay for unwanted
I called in to downgrade my service from premium to extra as I dont watch most of the junk on their \premium"channels. I was told that I was only allowed to downgrade my services on the day before my billing date which happened to be the 6th. It is now the 8th. When I enquired why they said it that multichoice updated their terms and conditions and this is the rule but guess what: You can upgrade as many times as you want to. ridiculous. Talk about a thieving company. I said that I didnt agree to the terms and conditions and was then told that the terms and conditions didnt change and was always like that. Make up your minds? What a thieving company. I asked them to disconnect me immediately and they said they cant do that either. So I dont want to pay for a service and you are forcing me to pay for it?<br> """
