Dishonest and bad service

I am so frustrated, I can scream. In 2017 we had our DSTV reconnected, but being the sole bread winner, we decided that R941 per month was just too much, as we very seldom watch TV. My husband watches the big games of rugby, and I would watch the odd movie maybe twice a month. At the end of 2017 a lady phoned me to inform me we were in arrears with one premium from October 2017. I then told her it was impossible, and sent her all the proof of payments. Problem solved... or so I thought. Anyway, at the beginning of 2018 I discussed the premium with them and asked if there was not a possibility that we could get a cheaper package that includes SS1 and SS2 and then have one movie and one geographical channel . They then offered the full package to us for R509 per month, but only for 3 months. I declined, as I wanted this on a permanent basis. I requested that they connect the walka, which costed R49.90 per month. I was told that there is no reception for the walka in our area. I then at the beginning of February requested that they discontinue our service as the premium just did not justify the little amount that we watched TV. My last payment was on 26 January 2018, which was for the month of February. At the end of February Multichoice submitted the debit order again, which I then returned as we had cancelled the service. They discontinued the service at end of February, but submitted the debit order again at end of March. I returned the debit order again and sent them an email enquiring why they are submitting the debit oder again, as it was cancelled. Apologies were given, and problem was solved, or so I thought. Then we did not have service until a week before Christmas 2018. My husband at that stage requested that we reconnect, because he had to run around and drive to someone to watch the rugby. i then phoned in to Multichoice to reconnect us again, upon which they answered that I need to pay in almost R1200.00. I asked why so much, as the premium is R941, upon which they answered that I am in arrears for the month of March, but in the same breath they say that my serviced was suspended on the 10th March, which of course is not true. But in any case, until the 10th march is not a month. I paid the R1100.00 odd, and requested that a manager phone me to try to get this solved, as I know that what they are telling me is not true, and they cannot answer me as to why I needed to pay R1100.00 when according to them the service was disconnected on 10 March 2018. That is only 10 days, and not a month. No manager has phoned me yet. No matter how hard you try, you cannot get through to management, neither will they supply an email address for anyone in top management. Then a week later they cut my service again claiming I now need to pay R600 for the month of January. I had just paid R1100.00 a week before. I am running around in circles, and fighting against a brick wall. What do i do now? Now they also tell me that the walka has been discontinued. We were not notified, and when I asked how they can do that without letting us know, as we paid R1000 for this walka, and used it when we went camping. the answer was that they notified active users, who then were given Takealot vouchers. I informed them that they can listen to conversations where they told me that we don't have service in our area. How was I supposed to be active? They are not interested in accommodating me to get something in the place of the walka, and refuse to give me the voucher to get wi-fi or a replacement product for the walka, neither are they prepared to reconnect us unless I pay another R600.00. One person says I am in credit with R200 odd rand, the other person claims I am in credit with R60 odd, another person says I am in arrears for June last year, and we did not even have service then, etc. I am fighting a brick wall here. I paid for a service now that i have not got, and I know that I was not in arrears. I have been their client for over 40 years, but that means nothing.
