Dishonest

I am not happy at all with multi choice I down graded my package in November 2023 , December 2023 they deducted the correct amount of R382.00 as per new package, January and February 2024 , they deducted the old deduction amount of R802 . I had to reverse my money because i told them the reason I am downgrading I can't afford. I logged complaint and I received the call from Thabang / Thapelo last week who told me that according to their system it looks as if I canceled the downgrade he promised to call me back on Thursday 22/2024 time 16:30 of which that did not happened. I strongly believe that this is day light ******* now my service with them are disconnected and it's their own fault and no one is responsible for what they did , the only I did the self service was through guidance from their consultant who was helping me with downgrading and that was it. I don't understand when they tell that I canceled why would I do that , because I don't afford the previous package. Thanks for your poor service and keep your services will try showmax .
