Disgustingly unacceptable behaviour

Electricity has been playing up in my area. Although I have surge protectors, I blew a few power supplies.. I had a working power supply for the decoder and using this established that one decoder was blown as well. I phoned the call centre at 11:10 and was told that the local centre closes at 2. I asked for a number for the local centre but they did not have it. At 13:20 I thought it might be quiet so I drove out to have the decoder tested. On arrival I saw that the centre was closed. I went to the door intentding to ask to talk to someone. The security guy saw me but shut the door. When I knocked he walked away. I went to an area where I could see thru and knocked - eventually banging. I saw some people on their way out and went to the door. Young man came to the door telling me that I do not need to bang on the door. I tried telling him why and wanted to know why the JHB call centre tells me they close at 2 as I can't read the closing time on the door from home. He told me that it is not his problem. I suggested he phone the call centre and he refused. I asked for his name he said Tim. Surname? Barlows. And with that he closed the door before I could ask his position.
