Disgustingly poor service and no feedback

It has been almost a week since the 7th December that I've posted my review on the bad continuous service I am recieving from multichoice .I however got a reply back from the dstv hello peter team just to find out that they confused me with another client and when I rep**** to there email the consultant told me he'll get back to me which neva happened non so ever!! Im so frustrated and feel like taking there decoder back and cancelling there pricelock contract ,but I guess the next step will have to be the CPA cos proper service are just non existing.
