Disgusting *******

I’m disgusted by the service from multichoice or lack thereof, I have never experienced such incompetence ever! My dstv has been off for 5 days now while they are sitting with more than R4000 that they need to repay me, everyone keeps passing the buck claiming to escalate the matter and I will be reconnected within an hour, it’s 5 days later I’m still off! Multichoice please pay me back and reconnect my ****** service that is paid for!!! Duduzile, Portia, Nokuthula Chamane, Gugu, Malefaku, Vusumzi, Nomusa all the agents I spoke to who have proved to be ***********...escalating is the scapegoat for all of you! Multichoice that’s why you will keep loosing customers because of such! Pay me back please and reconnect my service, it’s paid!
