Disgusting Theft

<p>2 days ago I called Dstv about reconnecting my services onto Compact. I was told that this cannot be done unless there were funds in the account. I deposited funds into the account and called back a day later asking that they now switch me back on, on the compact package. I was told that that could not happen as the system had automatically switched to premium when the funds were paid. I cannot switch the DSTV off, and all my credit is being app**** for a service I had expressly said I do not need. The not very helpful call centre keeps hiding behind the 'system' excuse, and apparently there is no one to escalate this matter to. Pitiful that Dstv has to resort to such trickery to make money. It's disgusting and I will be cancelling all subscriptions as soon as the 'system' allows for it. Disgusting!!</p>
