disgusting services from Kwarile supervisor dstv

Kwarile is the supervisor that says he can't listen to my call I must just pay or my TV will not be open..after unfairly suspended due to the error. .but they refusing to correct it..instead they punish me buy closing my account. .they agents escaped my problem because they saw fault was done by them the Kwarile says it was my job to get correct amount
