Disgusting service yet again

Today I got an sms that I need to pay R477 for my DStv compact and I had already paid R428 on the 25th when I upgraded.i was told to send my proof of payment and I did and one of their agents phindile couldn't even view or open my attachment and I requested to be phoned back by the manager since all the agents were failing to help and reconnect my DStv.the damn manager didn't even bother to call back until I phoned back again and spoke to the 4th agent by the name of luvuyo, he didn't even waste any time and the issue was immediately solved and he was extremely professional,I don't care who the manager is but luvuyo deserves your seat and I will escalate this case to your CEO until luvuyo is given the management position
