Disgusting Service TV
My DSTV catchup is not working. Tried to resolve it via the online chat. Musa was responding and the service was disgusting. My catchup is still not working. This is the second time I’ve experienced this. Is some one possibly in the mood to do their job and help me. It’s not like I’m not paying for this service. #super****edoff.

I explained to your call center agent that one of your technicians helped me with the same issue last year and changed something on your end and it worked. Show max is working, box Office is working there is nothing wrong with the signal. My catchup is not working.
