Disgusting service-poor customer service... No question answered but call cut

So I was told to go **** myself.... After complaining... I was cut off after requesting an upgrade for 3.months and no one is responding to it when I called in today Elissa colored girl left me on the fone for over 20min without saying a word and came back to say she has to cut the call without any reason....I AM NOT DESPIRATE FOR DSTV, if this is how u treat customers I might as well take my subscription away..... Disgusting indeed
