Disgusting service multichoice
Did an upgrade package for a few days spoke to a Nontle 20th November. Was told to call 24th November to confirm scheduling of debit order amount. What I saw on the app and what was discussed is two different amounts. I called multichoice *** spoke to a Ronald, Nonhlanhla, another black female and siphokazi. Not one of them or a manager has bothered to call me back about my COMPLAINT and i have wasted so many calls at my cost PHONING!!!! The last time I upgraded n down graded they made the same error with my debit order & i was inconvenience TWO WEEKS for a refund!!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND PATHETIC SERVICE from multichoice.
