Disgusting service if ever I've seen it

I am totally disgusted at the service I received from multi choice..they keep switching my decoder off their management team lies to get customers off the line...nobody takes accountability for anything...I have spoken to countless managers all of who tell u what they think u want to hear...none of the agents know what the previous agents did...I spoke to 5 different managers today alone and my decoder is still off .. The managers I spoke to are: Shannon,mark,cyril,tracey,lishae...ALL told me my service would be reconnected but still not..I requested a debit order still not set up...I made payment via EFT my decoder...still not on... They say they can't call u back it's just pathetic
