Disgusting Service from Multichoice n Showmax

I’m customer with Multichoice, I just subscribed with Showmax I just pay 2 instalment but I never watch any movie or series that I’m paying for.I contact the service desk they say I’m must go to Multichoice today i went to Garden street Multichoice what poor service the consultants talk me she can’t assist me she not dealing with Showmax.Hellopeter please intervene
