Disgusting service from DSTV Multichoice!!!!
Very poor service I called to request a change of package swap for my 2 decoders and 72 hours later I still haven't been assisted. I've been told my issue has been escalated but noone calls me to provide feedback. I paid my subscription but I can't enjoy viewing coz my decoder is deactivated!!!!
