Disgusting Service from DSTV Call center Agent!!!

Today I made a call to DSTV customer services and spoke to Iyisha Mlima it was regarding insurance I paid R189 and I am unable to reconnect my services, when i spoke to her she gave me attitude and said she is not fighting with me never the less I told her I am not fighting however this is the issue at hand she went on and said but I was speaking softly all along I said I am not fighting are we going to discuss my voice or the issue at hand? she went on and said if i want to we can discuss my voice.

This is shocking service I received from her she has attitude through out the call no customer service nothing !!!!
