Disgusting service from DStv

More disgusting service from DStv. I have been waiting for a refund and was told that it would be 2 days until it was in my bank account. Today I contacted them and it will be 7-14 days!! Dstv has to have the worse customer care run by people who thumb suck what they tell you. You can not talk to someone higher up as when you are out on hold the call usually drops before anyone answers and often I have held on for over an hour! What a ************ company ....
