Disgusting service from DSTV

So I called DST spoke to these tow people Nokwanda Sibiya Andiswa gumede one is agent one is manager. I had DSTV on its own without the internet then later went for the internet, I want to pay for my DSTV but am told to pay for internet then DSTV how? Who asked DSTV to link my accounts? Am disgusted and ****ed at the same time that firstly nokwanda manager took her own sweet time to come to the phone after such a long time of holding which no one thinks of my airtime calling the service first of all.

I want to watch DSTV right now and I am unable to because of the damn internet that is linked to my account without my knowledge coz when I paid, I paid separately for these things hence I requested for the internet later so it would not affect my DSTV going forward.

Am so disgusted with DSTV that this is how you reap the elderly of their monies cos of such services. I want that account sorted as soon as possible. And remove the internet from my DSTV account with immediate affect as it's not what I signed up for. I better have a solution to go pay my DSTV to watch my TV not the nonsense if paying internet in order to watch my DSTV channels.
