Disgusting Service from D.S.T.V

I have got a pricelock deal with D.S.T.V which amounts to R959.00 every month. Last month they debited R1078.00 off my account. I phoned them and they said they would escalate it and correct it on there side. That was not done so I reversed the amount and paid the correct amount. Then a few days later a get a call from dstv debt collectors asking me when am i going to pay the R119.00 outstanding on my account. I had to explain my story and was told they would call me to resolve this problem. Which they never did. So on the 03 Oct 2019 D.S.T.V again debited my account with R1078.00 and it bounced back because there was not sufficient money in my account for that amount. I had R976.00 available for the R959.00 to be debited off my account and because of this the bank penalized me R100.00 because DSTV did not debit the correct amount. So now I get told when phoning them again the price lock customers have been having problems with the amount been debited and that I must SMS price lock to 36483 and someone will call me back. I need to sort this out as soon as possible because if my D.S.T.V gets disconnect because of this I will be taking this matter further because this is unacceptable.
