Disgusting service from DSTV
I am so disgustingly disappointed in DSTV multichoice. They never do the right thing. And now some clever person decided to use my banking details to make payment on an account which is totally wrong so thank you multichoice for making a mess up on my cheque account as well. I will be cancelling this pathetic dstv now i see why people move over to WIFI. Kindly make sure the debit order is taken off because you are messing up my cheque account.

If you listen to the calls correctly and investigate correctly you would hear me. We app**** for an explora in November which still isnt installed and frankly I dont want it anymore. The debit order was for the explora. Which clever consultant decided to load a debit order on my current compact account. On top of which conveniently no one can find the calls on anything. I have had nothing but problems. My current dstv is not supposed to have a debit order because we pay it cash. You are confusing two accounts here and honestly fighting with DSTV is no fun. See to it that you cancel the debit order because the debit order was for the explora we ordered months ago which is still not installed. Fix your mess. You are debit my account and giving me incorrect balances and taking no accountability for you mess up. I want nothing to do with you. See to it that you fix your mess. Go listen to your calls because this is pathetic.
