Disgusting Service DSTV

I am so frustrated with Dstv debiting my account in error due to a fault on their side and it is litterally impossible to get hold of the right people to have my funds returned to me. I logged my complaint with them over two weeks ago and to date I have not received my refund. I have called weekly to follow up with no joy. I even logged a complaint on their website and received a message saying they would offset against the next installment due. I just want my money that they stole from me returned not an offset.
