Disgusting service DSTV

I requested DStv to cancel my subscription and refund me my money in the 26th October, I’ve sent the necessary documents three times already.

A few days later I received a call stating my refund is processed but till today I haven’t received anything , I got an email confirming documents have been received but till today I have not been refunded. Today I sent an email inquiring about the refund only to be told my refund request has been rejected because they don’t have documents .

I’ve sent docs three times, I’ve been told my refund is processed from the 26th but every time I enquire I get different stories .

A whole corporate company cannot process a simply request .
