disgusting service

multichoice south africa is a joke the service that i have received from them the past two weeks is disgusting to say the least they are incompitant they make incorrect debit orders and decide to disconnect your services when ever they feel like it. If their system fails them they fail us, their call center agents are not helpfull in any way its like they dont know what they are doing you always get different answers from them but they are using the same system. I have used so much airtime to get my issues with them resolved but they only get resolved for a week then a week later same problem starts again. They mus please get your systems in order and dont make your system problems ours.
