Disgusting service

Subscription cancelled mid Feb, debit still went off my account.. contacted Dstv on the 22nd for a refund to date still waiting.. Spoke to 5 ppl all have a different story on the process n refund period.. Managers and supervisors cnt take calls, call centre phones that cannot transfer calls... the service is absolutely pathetic. Being told my account cnt be verified due to surname change yet they were happily debiting monthly.... by far the worse service I have ever received, lack of knowledge of staff, lack of communication. For a major company to be treating clients like this and leaving them hanging when they wrongfully debited their account is just pathetic..

I will never activate my subscription again.
