Disgusting service by multichoice

I'm writing this review to make the public aware of the disgusting service that dstv is providing of late. I contacted chat service to seek regarding my dstv boxoffice account. I first dealt with a Kadashia Davids who gave me a boxoffice link for a European based service provider when I insisted that she was giving me a wrong link she then gave me the very same link that I have been struggling with. I requested to provide me a superior or someone who is more knowledgeable about the subject she abruptly ended the chat. I tried again and this time around I was connected to a Sisipho Feyi. I requested her to provide me with a person in charge of her department, she gave me contact details for DStv business. When I requested her to give me the name of her supervisor she also ended the chat. I'm not sure what happened to MultiChoice but the decline in their level of service is shocking to say the least. I am taking the issue further, Canal+ is my next point of call as I feel they need to be aware of the reasons dstv is losing market share
