Disgusting service by DSTV

I have been paying insurance for past 10 years and for them to call a service provider to replace my decoder is a hassle. I called the call centre more than 7 times still nothing is happening, imagine children are not at school. My Showmax is linked with my account, now they say I owe Showmax, while my DSTV account is up to date. Who are we dealing with here. Very very disappointed
