Disgusting Service by Call Centre Agent Londiwe

I am utterly disgusted by the customer service received by Londiwe from the Dstv call centre. Very rude and abrupt agent , she never acknowledged my query. I got through to her and explained my query without telling me a word she just put me on hold to listen to that horrible music then my call dropped. Having me call again only to be told by another agent Racqual that I need to use the website or app for Dstv now assistance!!! Dstv is getting more and more pathetic by the second!!!
