Disgusting Service

Dstv along with their "accredited " installers are Very useless. I've lost connection from friday and when I call the call center and advise me to get an installer in,as they cant do anything for me. Installer came (which I paid for) and the problem still persists. I dont know what to do. I'm very disappointed at the service I get. I've send close to R300 worth of airtime. Is it fair that I pay my monthly premiums, pay the installer and purchase airtime worth of R300 just to watch TV?
