Disgusting service at call centre

Dstv decides to change my showmax package without my authorisation and i phone the call centre and they tell me its my problem. DtSV, this is not service, i did not ask you to change the package, you changed the package yourself so best you fix it otherwise ill be taking this matter much further. You have a useless call centre that wants to come and start shouting at us as customers for your own mistakes, such disgusting service. FIX IT BECAUSE I DIDN NOT ASK FOR SUBSCRIPTION CHANGE YOU DID THAT ON YOUR OWN!!!!!!
