disgusting service after wrongful billing

Hi DSTV users. Please be vigilant. I had a nasty experience with them. we initially had our first account since 2007 in my husbands name. At begining of 2013 we got extra view. Hubby was out of town. technician asked to sign with my details to transfer same contract to my name. Debit details remained the same. Suddenly i discovered in Feb 2015 that I was being double debited. checked and it was for 3 consecutive months. called them. they were very accommodating- told me that old acc on husbands name was reactivated on 26/11 //14. they deactivated and promised to refund my money.<br> Since then it has been a nightmare. Every time I call, I speak to a different person and retell complaint over again. Once told that it takes days to refund my money. next time days.Then supervisor to call -never does. Or matter is under internal investigation. will receive funds shortly. then say they have proof on tape that i asked for reactivation. I must go to their offices in Umhlanga and listen to tape. Also guy that did reactivation is no longer working there and so on and so forth....excuses and explanations are just incredulous and ridiculous. I know we are a third world country- but.....
