Disgusting service

Extremely bad service from the call operators. I have called several times speaking to different operators, all they say is there's an error for my request and they say hold on I'm trying something up until they drop the phone after long minutes of holding or they say I will escalate your matter it will be resolved but nothing happens.

It's really frustrating and disgusting, I just requested a simple thing just swap my packages in my account now Siphesihle added a package on a decoder that I don't even use taking my balance to double figures I won't pay for that. On the other decoder she removed the services now we can't even watch TV. The amount of money I have spent on airtime is just too much for one simple request. The operators are very ***********.
