Disgusting service

I don't what's going with MultiChoice DStv, there is no company in SA that gives bad service like this company. I keep calling them everyday to reconnect my decorder, they would reconnect for 3 days and they would disconnected and tell me to pay again, I would pay whatever the amount and it would play for 3 days and disconnect again. Now I'm told to pay a R270 again on top ot the R400 and R190 that I've paid before. Why should I pay 3 times in one month for compact? Can they get their story right.
