Disgusting service

My service was very disgusting today from multichoice. No one knows how to do their job nor activate services , i get told to email with the proof of payment as the incorrect account was paid and my services will be connected in 30 mins ONLY to get told that my emails do not reflect at all and that i should go and ask the stupid cashier to refund me back and have my services reconnected. Utter bull as i should have been told this before i left the damn shop. ***!!!!!!!
