DISGUSTING SERVICE

What a disappointment of a company their over the phone customer service is disgusting the agents drop calls on you cannot even explain the charges on the account. How the actual **** are you made to pay for charges even they cannot explain or account for??? Imagine what an elderly person would have to go through. Terrible service at its best. I’d rather go to the branch then not get helped but waste my time. Calling is supposed to be convenient but I swear they do know what their doing.
