Disgusting service

I am so highly disappointed in dstv for the poor customer service I am receiving from them. I have an e16 error on my screen for so many days now and each time I call them I get told a new and more outrageous lie story. I worked for them before which makes it even more disappointing to know that they now provide such poor service. The e16 error is still on my screen and the latest story I received from the call centre agent when I called is that my account is migrated. I am furious with multi choice! WHY IS NO ONE ABLE TO ASSIST ME YET EACH TIME I CALL I GET PROMISED THEY WILL... AND I MEAN I PAY FOR THIS SERVICE!!! COME ON MAN GUYS! COME ON!!!!
