disgusting service

I have encountered bad service before but you guys are frustrating yhooo. All i want is my showmax actived or cancel the 12months contract that made you remove my showmax. I was happy with what i was paying so if placing me on a contract and giving me a “discount” affects the service i had please keep your discounts to yourself as it comes with inconvenience. I specifically told Thobeka that my service should not be tempered with however i am on 40min back to back calls with no assistance to active or cancel the contract
