DISGUSTING SERVICE

I recently got a price lock contract from Multichoice and my new decoder was delivered 3 weeks ago. The installers have still not come to install despite me calling the contact centre about 3 times. They have the contract, I am already being billed but no service!!! I escalated my complaint but, no one has bothered to call me.
