Disgusting service

I took my faulty decoder to a DStv walk in centre in Vangate Mall Athlone.She tested the decoder and ask if it was insured and I said yes.She checked on the system and it shows no starting date of the insurance.She took my details and said she will follow up with the insurance.Four days went past no call yet.My wife went to the same agency to follow up and that same lady did not follow up with the insurance.She said my wife must wait she will contact them now and that was on a Saturday.An hour have passed and nothing happened and my wife got frustrated and that lady got rude and had an attitude that stinks.One of the other agents said to my wife if she did what she said she's going to do then it would have been a different story.
